The Administrative Assistant handles the day-to-day interactions of the Pastor and Assistant Pastor. Simply put, their task is to take care of the Pastors. From organizing materials for a workshop, to setting up for a speaking engagement, support of our leaders is not just their job but their ministry. Maintaining their schedules and making travel arrangements are just a few of the duties of the Administrative Assistant. Others include coordinating local purchasing activities and billing information systems. The AA is the official middle man, effectively handling all customer and client relations.
